Had a really nice cycle with the family - wife, 6 & 3yr old. Nice views, flat, good paths for cycling and just the right size to get around and visit the excellent play area.
Thoroughly enjoyable.

I used to visit Coate Water when I was staying with my grandparents in Swindon 50 years ago so this was a bit of a nostalgic visit. Unfortunately the weather was not so good so we did not spend very long there.

It does not really seem to have changed much but I am sure that in season when things are open it is quite busy. The splash park looks fun for the children and the crazy golf looks good as well. Probably worth a longer visit in better weather in order to get more time as one has to pay for parking.

Really nice place for a family walk. Or if your into fitness good place for a run around :) shame about the sometimes green lake but other than that can get some amazing photos taken here. So if your into photography then it’s a great place to go.

The splash park, the park, the miniature train though it broke down, the crazy golf all made for a fab day. Don't spoil this place. Its a place parents go relax, kids can let of steam and there's something for everyone even our dog

This is a lovely park and well kept by the rangers on site. In the summer it has a splash pool open for kids which is a great set up for the park and a coffee shop serving cold and hot food/drink. We walk it regularly and is a great place for kids to run around and be themselves rummaging through the growth.

This is a lovely Park in an otherwise built up area. Great place for a pleasant walk, with play area for children, crazy golf, paddling pool, angling, cafe and even a miniature railway open at certain times. It is also a nature reserve.

The path takes you around the perimeter of the lake and takes about 45 minutes on a stroll. Great for dog walking (on a leash). Very peaceful and a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of Swindon town. There is a little railway for children open in the summer which is always a hit with our grandchildren!
