I can't stop raving about this stunning hotel. Staff and management were excellent from the second we arrived till we left. The food in the restaurant was outstanding as I am a very fussy eater. We loved every minute and can't wait to go back. I'm highly recommending this hotel to anyone who will listen and have done. So since we arrived home.

Our one night stay at this hotel did not go well for a few reasons. Firstly, we booked a twin room and we were allocated a double room. We rang reception only to be asked what was wrong with a double bed. We explained that as sisters, we don't share beds!! The room was changed to a twin room.

Another problem was the access cards. We were given two cards originally but only one card worked. When we were given cards for the next room, again only one worked. This one failed as well, so as we couldn't get into our room, we spoke to reception. 'It's your fault' we were told. 'The cards must have been too close to your mobile phone'. As my sister was holding the card and her phone was in London, this was a bit hard to understand. Blaming the customer is not the answer.

The meal in the bar was really good and the service excellent. Pity it took so long to actually pay for it. The bartender seemed more interested in stacking dirty dishes than attending to us. I had to loudly ask for his attention. No tips given even though the person attending our table deserved one.

We mentioned all of this to the staff in the morning who seemed to have a much nicer attitude and were apologetic. They offered a 40 euro refund, but this has yet to be credited to our account.

Too many things went wrong on our visit, especially as it was only one night. Above all, the attitude of some staff was below standard.

What a wonderful place to stay! Our rooms were large and well-equipped. The selection of delicious food choices made breakfast seem new each morning. We saved time and gas by staying at the hotel as we were visiting with folks from the area. The best thing about our stay was the staff. The fellows in the bar were friendly and efficient, as well as being very intelligent! The desk staff, especially Stacey McNamara, went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Stacey saw to it that there was a conference room available with refreshments for the genealogy session we had with our Irish "cousins". Gary was also very knowledgable about the area. We will definitely return to the Radisson Blu Limerick.

I have stayed in this hotel several times with my partner. The service is great and the girls on the front desk are so welcoming and very helpful. I really have to mention the excellent customer service we have recieved on all the times we have stayed here espically from andrea and lousie these girls are excellent at there job and do it very professionaly. The food is fabulous and very reasonable priced. We used the spa on a few separate occasions and felt very pampered and relaxed afterwards. Bedrooms are beautiful, comfy and very spacious. The hotel itself is very clean, tidy and well spaced out. The grounds surronding the hotel are beautiful and ideal for a walk around , the mini playground is lovely and keeps the kids entertained along with the pool and tennis courts. Will definitely be staying here again. Must say again the customer service skills from the staff in the radisson blu Limerick is brill and massive thanks to Andrea and lousie for there hospidality, greets on arrival and any queries we had or wanted. Thank you so much girls see ye again soon. James & Patrick
