Booked into hotel I had booked 3 rooms and there was a HIC up on our side, there were 2 at reception, and they were amazing so helpful to sort things out. It wasn't there HIC up but just fab they deserve a well done. One of the staff was on next morning and just so lovely. Fab rooms and great bar and breakfast, well done

As a solo traveller I was concerned of the location and security of my accommodations. This hotel was sweet and simple. The location was perfect distance to everything, the train station was a short walk there was food in every corner including down to their lobby. The hotel is right off to the pier as well. Their staff was so accommodating and helped with every question I threw at them. Always made time to throughly search up details for me such as bus times, pick up directions etc. I highly recommend.

I stayed here on Friday night with my family before a wedding. It is positioned perfectly for the city and parking is right behind the hotel.I found the staff to be EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. I needed to get something printed on the Friday night and they were more than helpful and on Saturday morning I needed some advice on a local shop and again they were so willing to assist. Breakfast was good as was sleep quality

We got an amazing deal for this city centre hotel through booking.com. It was perfect for a one night visit.

Staff in reception were perfect and couldn't be more helpful. The room was very nice and clean with a lovely river view should you be lucky enough.

Car parking is available around the block where residents pay only 7.50 for an over night stay. Very good value.

Unusually for most hotels, it has a wonderful hotel bar too. Most often they are utterly anaemic, but this one is very cool.

Breakfast wasn't included in our price but is 12 quid for the full Irish.

Stayed here with my friend and we got a very reasonable price and even though breakfast was not included in our price we were offered it as an add on at 5 euro each. This was great value. The hotel didnt have its own parking and you had to park behind the hotel which was 7.50 overnight with the hotel discount. I would prefer a hotel with free parking in general. The rooms were clean and adequate, you get what you pay for, but they were ridiculously hot. I didnt sleep either night of our stay and my friend had similar issues. To me if you cant sleep in a hotel room then it doesnt matter how cheap or expensive it is it simply isnt worth it. The tv was extremely old with terrible reception and we found the room to be quite noisy aswell. I doubt we would return again. I can say however that the breakfast was great considering how cheap it was. There was plenty of choice and it was well laid out. We also dined in McGettigans downstairs on our first night and the food was lovely.
