This is the only HOTEL to visit in Limerick . It is simply fabulous from the moment you check in till you leave your visit will be amazing. We stayed in the Vanderkiste room which was huge and had ensuite with free standing bath. ALL staff are friendly and chatty from restaurant , bar and concierge. Many thanks to manager Brid Nash for accmodating us. We will certainly return to your HOTEL.

We stayed over for New Years Eve. Staff were friendly and courteous and food was very nice. Some facilities problems we had with the room were that the heat wasn't working properly (two attempts to fix were made, and then after that heard nothing back), the shower was cold in the morning and also the tv seems to be on its last legs with the picture and sound out of sequence. Only one bottle of body wash was also offered for the shower. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

A truly lovely hotel with the friendliest of staff - a very special mention to Sinead who was most attentive to our needs. We stayed in the period bedroom named 'Pery' and it was full of character and very old style which is my favourite type of accommodation. Lovely location with the peoples park just a minutes walk away. Stroll around the small streets and lane-ways of the area and you can take yourself back to the setting for Angela's Ashes. Lovely friendly pubs within walking distance. This was the relaxing break that we needed after the Christmas rush. We will be delighted to come back to this lovely hotel.

Room tip: The Pery room is in a lovely quiet area of the hotel

Lovely spacious hotel. Larger on the inside than the outside presents. Staff are not just very friendly but helpful and attentive. Nothing is a problem. Location is in the Georgian Quarter. Room and bed very comfortable, the room was too warm at first, but we adjusted the temperature to suit. The Spa is converted from old wine cellars. A visit is essential and partaking is a delight. The only negatives are; the Full Irish Breakfast is not. It left a gap. It's not a buffet. The car parking is a bit down the street and down a lane-way.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff, good restaurant (for breakfast, we didn't have dinner here) and good bar with some decent gins. Parking at the hotel is somewhat awkward as the car park is a few hundred metres away, and not very large, but the hotel itself is in a good location and has very nice rooms with a good-sized bathroom. Next time we would like to try the spa and have a dinner here.
