Thanks to Ita again for a fantastic stay. We have been coming to the forest homes for 10 years now and it just keeps getting better and better. Ballyhoura village homes is a peaceful home from home and we will keep on returning.
Many thanks for everything Ita! See you again soon X.
Booked a 3 nights stay here and thoroughly enjoyed it. We visited various tourist attraction like the Bunratty castle, Mitchelstown caves etc. The forest home itself is spacious 3 bedroom house with all basic necessities.
Ita, the property manager is very helpful and has a good knowledge of the surrounding areas and attractions. Would definitely visit again but with a group for more fun.
We have stayed here a number of times and have never had cause for even the slightest complaint. Ita offers such relaxed warm hospitality rarely found these days. The house was spotless as always and there was nothing missing in the well equipped kitchen. Ita has a wealth of information on what to see and do in the local area, all ages can be entertained in some way. The local pub in ballyorgan "the village inn" is wonderful, lovely local welcoming people in a cosy comfortable environment ....what more could you ask for!

Stayed in the mountain lodge for 3 nights. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Lodge was spotless, spacious and well equiped. Perfect spot to get away and relax and plenty of play areas for the kids. Ita was lovely to deal with and we would definetely return
We were 6 people on 3 motorbikes and were made very welcome. The lodges had everything we needed ,to use them as our base to tour around the south of Ireland. Our love was very well presented ,clean and tidy. There was plenty of information to help us decide where to go and what to do with plenty of personal input from Ita (manageress on site)
