We arrived in Kilkenny just as Beast from East was about to hit so were very pleased with the warm welcome from Phil and Jenny. Spacious room for a B&B and a great communal sitting area as well. Everything you could need is supplied. Superb breakfast each morning - varied and delicious. Despite the weather still able to easily walk into city center. Would love to return to Kilkenny in better weather and would always stay here now

Room Tip: Higher floor at back away from road

My husband and I stayed for one night mid May. Very warm and welcoming greeting by Phil. He provided us with suggestions for dinner. Easy walk to town -great location. Lovely spacious and clean rooms. Gourmet breakfast and coffee in the morning before we were on our way. Would highly recommend this B and B!

We have no hesitations in recommending the Rosquil. Very warm welcome, lots of advice on places to eat and things to see and do. Very neat, clean and well maintained rooms. The breakfast was very good. Allow yourself a leisurely 10 minutes to stroll into the heart of town via the riverside walk.

We stayed in room 1 and it was fabulous! Great and helpful hosts with many suggestions on where to eat and go as well. We were having a little trouble with our rental car tires and Phil told us where to go and the two young men there were great and got us going again. Breakfast was very good with lots of good choices. Would not consider staying anywhere else in Kilkenny. One tip is that if using a GPS we could not find a house number so you may want to call them before travel. We just used the street name and it took us a while to find it.

We stayed at this B and B while traveling through Kilkenny. The owners were very friendly and very helpful with picking out restaurants. The breakfast was a traditional Irish breakfast and was very good. We walked from the B and B to the city center which took about 10 min. It was a pretty walk along the river. I would definitely recommend.
