The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The food was great! Mary even made us homemade scones, even though she only had one other room of guests staying. Mary and her son were very helpful with travel plans. This B&B is within walking distance to a large shopping center. We also walked to the downtown area with all the bars and restaurants. The walk was only a little over a mile. Overall a great experience!

This B&B was situated in the town of Killarney. Mrs. Mary O'Connell takes care of this establishment and does a wonderful job. This place was quaint, well decorated and in a very convenient location for activities in the area. Breakfast was good...and her homemade scones were the best we had during our entire 8 day stay in Ireland. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Killarney.

After receiving a call from the B&B we originally booked to say they were having problems with the water pump, this kind lady was able to put us up at very short notice, couldn't have asked for nicer hosts? Loved the homemade scones, that extra touch is always nice, couldn't have done anymore to make our stay more comfortable, location 10 min walk from the town, rooms a bit dated but all clean and very comfortable would defiantly stay again thanks Mary xxx

We traveled with another couple and were surprised to find the cottage in a very busy part of town. Our hostess, Mrs. Mary greeted us warmly but she apologized for not having our rooms together. Our friends stayed in the 2 bedroom suite behind the cottage. Our room was in the main house and was quite small but comfortable. Mrs. Mary made sure we had what we needed before she left. In the morning, breakfast was cooked to order and while waiting we were served hot tea and freshly baked scones. Mrs. Mary's own!! She truly is one of the most gracious people we met. We definitely would stay again!

Room Tip: The suite behind the main cottage is quieter.

We have just returned from a 1 night stay in Killarney where we attended a wedding in the Killarney Heights Hotel. We needed a BnB close to the hotel and were really lucky to find St Anthony's where our host Mary greeted us with great warmth. We were very satisified with our small double room which we secured at the last minute (take our advice and book early if you want to visit Killarney - it is a very busy tourist town and this is High Season!) The small ensuite bathroom had a good shower which helped to wake us up after only a few hours sleep in a very comfortable bed! Our very attentive host, Mary, greeted us in the morning and we enjoyed cereal, fresh fruit salad with yoghurt and an excellent 'full Irish breakfast', cooked to order! The guest house is probably about 10-15 mins walk from town centre and has plenty parking. I highly recommend St Anthony's BnB.
