“Lovely food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 April 2012

Very nice Italian food in the middle of Dublin. We had delicious antipasto and breads, followed by linguini with anchovy sauce and gnocchi with fresh tomato sauce. The wine list was extensive and we found a beautiful rose which complemented the meal well. Service was great and value excellent as serves were a reasonable size. Recommended!

“Very good Italian”

We had Mozzarella starters and stuffed Portobella and stuffed Raviolli con nocci. Good Portions and very tasty. The restaurant has a big selection of wines, which we like.

“We loved Dunne & Crescenzi”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 April 2012

My family I traveled to Dublin recently and spotted Dunne & Crescenzi by chance when walking along Nassau Street. We returned to our hotel and immediately asked the hotel staff about the restaurant. The staff raved about this restaurant and they were absolutely correct in their praise. We made a last minute reservation on Mother's Day and they were able to accommodate our large group. The restaurant staff was accommodating, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the menu.

The staff provided us with excellent recommendations but it was two specials that caught our eye and both were amazing: Tonnarelli con gamberi e crema di pistacchi and Spaghetti al sugo di cozze pomodorini e peperoncino

If you are in Dublin near Merrion Square or Nassau Street you must try this restaurant. Dunne & Crescenzi has delicious food and wonderful service. Thank you for making our stay in Dublin memorable

“Fantastic little place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 March 2012

Was in for a brunch on a rainy Sunday and decided immediately we should have dinner there later on, so booked a table when we left brunch.

Was welcomed by a very nice (clearly) Italian waiter who read us the specials and left us to go through the menues.
Had bruschetta for starters, which was quite a big portion and very, very nice! Arrived quickly and plate disappeared swiftly after finishing (nothing as annoying as to sit and watch an empty plate that they just don´t take away). Both had a fantastic main course of filet of beef with melted cheese and balsamic dressing. Simply the best beef dish I´ve ever tasted in my life.

Very nice staff, nice little location and a bit off the beaten track which was nice. Definitely a return.
