“Little gem in Dublin.”
Reviewed 14 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

I stayed with my family for three nights at No1 Alexandre Terrace. If you are looking for a beautifully appointed house for up to six people within walking distance of central Dublin, this is definitely one for the short list.
Lots of bars and restaurants, and the tourist sights, all within walking distance.
Ultan and Deborah both welcoming and helpful, they'll make sure you have a great stay.

“Great house in a unique part of Dublin”

This is a great house. My family and I (including a 17 month old girl) stayed here for a long weekend at the start of March. The open plan area and yard outside really made it for us, as we were able to fit everyone round the table for Mother's Day lunch, and catch up while we were doing the cooking. The kitchen is the best stocked and equipped I've ever seen in a rented house and the decor around the property is stylish and modern.

Due to a delay with our flights arriving from the UK Deborah was kind enough to hang around in the house and accept a shopping delivery for us, can't thank you enough for that, especially with a little one you rescued what could have been a bit of a problem there!

A massive thanks to Ultan and Deborah for their hospitality and for letting us stay in their beautiful home. Only one thing I would improve...blinds on the upstairs bedroom skylights?

Reviewed 4 March 2016 for a stay in February 2016

We had a great girlie weekend we didn't spend much time at the house but it was great to be together rather than individual hotel rooms.
It is a lovely walk into Dublin along the canal we had a great breakfast at The Grove 5 mins from the house, the house is immaculate & the decor beautiful its an inspiring home.
Ultan & Deborah gave us lots of local info regarding restaurants & places to go .
The house is warm & even provides GHD straighteners.....very comfortable ,quiet & safe
Thank you both

Fantastic accommodation. House equipped with everything you need. Unless u have a lot if driving to do in the countryside, taxis are cheap and plentiful. Easy walk to town and plenty of nice places to eat. Bibis nearby great for breakfast as recommended. 3 good size double bedrooms. Will stay again!
