Government buildings anywhere do not excite me - also reminiscent of British rule

Of historical importance and has been refurbished so can look spectacular. In a good area for walking around and near some great public houses and Grafton Street

Found the tour of the Parliament building to be very interesting. The cost was free. Definitely worth a visit.

On our visit we had a conducted tour of the Taoiseach's Office and the Cabinet Room.
It was very interesting and enlightening. Tours are available from 9 30 to 1 30 on Saturdays. Tickets can be obtained from the National Gallery on the day of the visit. Well worth a visit.
