Beautiful hotel. Enjoyed meals in the Knight's bar, especially the charcuterie board. Breakfast, although extra, was lovely with lots of choice. Quick and easy to get into downtown Dublin on the 130 bus. Recommend.

A very professional mix of modern and „historic“ design. Cosy places to relax, state of the art services, professional and friendly staff. Every food from small bites to fine dining. Perfectly located to Dublin down town and airport. No question you get value for money

It's audacious and very funny, a castle with a suburban housing estate surrounding it. OK there's only a wee bit of castle left and that was rebuilt some time in the 1800's, it's a very clever design and the theme is fantastically realised by the decor and interior design. Bedrooms are sumptious with big soft beds and great bathrooms.

Breakfast is served in a big old room with creaky floors and lots of fresh and locally sourced foods, yum. We ate bar food at the restaurant which was well presented and tasty.

This was our treat for driving across from Doolin and getting stuck in Royal traffice disruptions and to celebrate the end of a long holiday, it was indulgent and wonderful and just a little bit silly....it's a castle in a parking lot in a suburban estate!

A great place to visit in Dublin. Very beautiful and ornate with very hospitable staff and great selection of drinks. Lots of great Irish whiskeys to choose from. Make sure to walk around and explore all the details of the rooms before leaving.

Clontarf Castle Hotel is a wonderful place to stay-- it has the old castle feel, awesome decorations yet the rooms are updated and comfortable. Especially appreciated that I could use my American electric things without a special adapter. Knight's Bar has some very tasty fish & chips, and the Farenheit restaurant puts out a fantastic breakfast ( The server, Ciara, is a joy).
