I must admit Rustic Stone would not have been my very first choice because it looks like a tourist place. However, a friend of mine invited me for a dinner there, saying I wouldn't regret it.
At the first glance, I thought the restaurant reflects the brand: meat served on a hot stone. On the menu there were a lot of beefy choices: rib eye, sirloin, rumb and fillet (from 24 to 36€). I took the burger (18€) at my friend's advise. Since it is difficult to find medium rare meat in Dublin, especially with burgers, I was really surprised by my dish: it was succulent and perfectly medium rare cooked, with fresh toppings such as "rughetta" and lemon vinaigrette which I really loved. Really remarkable.
For those who are not up to meat, there is a vast choice of salads and pastas. My girlfriend took the chicken salad, around 11€.
Besides eating well, I would say there are things I believe the staff could get better at. Firstly, the salt flakes plates on the table (please replace them with something more hygienic). Secondly, the beefy fried odors in the dining room (please improve the vacuum systems).
Overall, it is clear Rustic Stone is a good place where eating well cooked meat.

The execution doesn't result in properly cooked or tasty food. It was overpriced for what you received.

We were in the restaurant for dinner. The table was booked in advance using Open Table service, which is convenient and easy to use. It was a right decision, since the place looked really busy.
The food was extremely tasty, the service was great. The menu looks very interesting and creative.
We enjoyed every moment and every bite.

Fabulous food and wonderfully to look at as well as to eat. However very large portions so definitely worth sharing. Very good for vegetarians and pescatarians as well as for meat-eaters. We were there at lunchtime - I suspect it may be more noisy and perhaps a little smoky in the evening as the stone cooking seems to be the main feature for dinner. Beautiful room also - well worth a visit.

Although the burger was OK not awesome, I was charged 17 euros for two tiny burgers, the waiter was the worst part for such a fancy place, he fail to explain what we were ordering despite we asked a bunch of questions and then took like 45 min to get us our order but he had time to chat around with other waiters
