We end up visiting each time we are in Dublin. The park is massive and there is so much to explore. My child enjoyed the zoo, but I loved the victorian tearoom- with very good scones and clotted cream!

The park is a real boon to the city - the view of the President's resident was curiously under attended - but you can see the similarities to the US's White House

Acres and acres of plush green areas to explore within minutes of the City.various monuments to see also the Popes cross. The zoo is within the park and well worth a visit and you might possibly get to see some deer having a rest in the grass or walking about.lots of people taking photos and if weather is really hot and sunny the park looks as if every adult and child has landed in it and it is lovely to see so many people enjoying whatever they are doing maybe after a spell of terrible weather.

I really long for the days when the rat race along the main st is finally closed, apart from that this jewel is easily worth your long summer nights.

I love so much about Phoenix Park. The deer are by far my favorite. I love to go to Farmleigh at Christmas to the Markets, and love to jog the park throughout the year.
