Immaculately clean and modern B and B with large bathroom, comfortable bed, nice shower. Breakfast prepared as requested. Close to city and to airport. No soap provided in the bathroom was the only fault!

We wanted the experience of Dublin but with less hustle and bustle. Rose has the perfect location. The rooms are modern and cozy. The B&B is very close to Dublin city center. Parking is quite easy. The best of all is easy location for early morning flights. Rose doted on our 13 family members, her breakfasts are delicious. When she heard how early our flight was, she pre made yogurt parfaits and left things in the fridge to help ourselves to breakfast and to pack sandwiches! Wow! Loved it. Will stay again!

We rented two rooms for one night at the end of our driving tour around Ireland. It was attractive because it was very close to the airport. It is hard to imagine that a place could be this nice and this close to the airport. Rose does a superb job at keeping this B&B clean and up to date. Everything is sparking clean and we were taking pictures of the décor because we liked it so much. We had rooms 3 and 7. I believe these were the smallest rooms available, however, they were very nice with very nice bathrooms and bedding. There was also a nice little patio out back where we could enjoy some fresh air, a glass of wine and some company. There was an umbrella so even though it sprinkled a little bit we didn’t have to leave our relaxing area.

The living room had a couch, fireplace and television. The tables for breakfast are also in that main room, so we just pulled some chairs near the couch so we could visit indoors when it got chilly outside. There was a printer available, that we were able to use wirelessly to print our boarding passes.

Rose gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner, the Beaumont House. We drove, but actually could have walked. She also helped us with the timing of the airport and made sure we got an early breakfast so we could be on our way. The breakfast menu was not as extensive as what we had experienced in the prior days of our trip, but was certainly sufficient. I would probably try to get a room that is a bit bigger next time, but would definitely stay here again if I could and would recommend it as it was extremely convenient to both Dublin and the airport, and an extremely clean and well kept property.

Room Tip: One of the larger rooms may be preferable.

The rooms and entire place are very clean and recently remodeled. Rose, the owner, is very concerned that we were happy. The breakfast was nice, on time and tasty. The location is great, walking distance to a mall, grocery store, pharmacy, and Starbucks. A bus or cab ride from the airport and downtown Dublin.
We stayed twice and we're very happy.

I spent 2 weeks in Ireland and stayed in a lot of B&Bs. All of them were great with such nice people. This was the last one and I stood there one day before I leave. It was such a disaster! I was in love with Irish people, they are so kind and friendly, everything that the owner of this B&B is not. Her husband was nice but since we got there she treated us in a very rude way. She even shutted the door in our face. The rooms are too small, almost couldn't fit our luggage. The breakfast ends at 9. The rooms are too bright in the morning, the courtains don't help. We didn't felt welcome at all!! Would not stay again or recommend to anyone
