Second visit here for brunch and each time, it was fab. Very tasty food and lovely location. Staff are really friendly. Mostly vegetarian, but some fish also. Really fresh, local food.

Access to this restaurant is a bit complicated .
You enter via the main reception area of the Nano Nagle centre.
You must then leave the building, climb a couple flights of steps, walk approx 100 metres in open ground only to find a queue of people waiting to to enter the cafe so that you can then join the queue inside - waiting for a table. !!! After this you order your food and wait for it to be served.
I understand that at the end of all this the food is really good.
I can’t say because I’ve tried twice to eat here and suffered the fate described above.
Earnest request, - let the staff in reception know what’s going on. Intending customers can then decide what suits them best without having to brave the elements with the outcome unknown .

Hi Michael M. Sorry to hear that you have visited twice and met a queue. On the weekends, we sometimes have a queue during certain periods.

We believe that access to the cafe is an experience in itself, walking through the beautiful buildings and garden oasis of Nano Nagle Place, full of history, heritage and nature. There are also lifts available to avoid the steps. Hopefully you will return so you can experience Good Day Deli at it’s best!

A lovely spot in the gardens of the convent and former school. Have so far only tried their first class coffee, cakes and scones so I have an excuse to go back and check out the lunch menu! Great staff always friendly and smiling.

Heard about this place by recommendation and am so happy I visited! Lovely experience. On arrival the restaurant was full but the lady on the door was super nice and we were seated not long after speaking to her! Even though the place was full and very busy the service was great. Very friendly and efficient staff! Food was also fantastic! Had the salmon and poached eggs dish, so tasty and fresh. I love the local eating concept and the fact all ingredients are local and traceable. Very open, bright, welcoming atmosphere. Surrounded by beautiful grounds and scenic views of Nano Nagle Place. Thanks so much to all staff, would highly recommend. I’ll be back for sure!
