Stayed 2 nights and will definitely return and recommend to work colleagues. The room was spacious comfortable and quiet. I had food one evening - nachos and chicken wings and it was delicious. Good choice in the menu and good if you choose to eat in your room. But the outstanding feature was definitely the staff - every single one without exception couldn't do enough to help and make sure my stay was the best it could be. A real credit to your business

after climbing the steps from the carpark we were greeted with a stunning reception such warmth Donna gives she is truly a glowing team member.
a real shame i could not see her radiant smile beneath the mask.
she truly is management material a great example of service as it should be in the 21st century.
all in all a wonderful stay

Stayed for 7 nights with my man. Hotel was very central, very clean and the staff were great and couldn’t do enough for us. Great shower and black out curtains and although situated right on a busy roundabout we didn’t hear any traffic noise whatsoever unless of course we opened the window. Room had a heater and air con for the summer months. Breakfast was really good and included in the price ( the only thing I would’ve changed is the sausages to Lorne sausage or Scottish square, just my preference though). They also had bacon, scrambled egg, beans, toast, breadrolls, porridge, cereals, croissants, mini muffins, juice and really good choice of hot beverages. 7 nights for 2 for 391!. So worth it . Was sad to leave. Would defo use again. Thanks you lovely lot! X oh also the rooms had iron and ironing board and hairdryer!x
