Stayed for one night on a DB&B deal and we were extremely satisfied with the room, decor, staff and food at the hotel. Lovely people and very efficient waiting staff both for evening meal and breakfast. Parking at back of hotel and walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants and beach. Would be happy to stay here again.

Overnight stay with dinner and very impressed. We stayed in the. Kylestrome suite which was very spacious and nicely equipped.
From our check in to departure the hotel has a great atmosphere, the staff could not offer better service-friendly and efficient.
Our meal was very enjoyable and excellent value for money. After dinner the cocktails were a great end to our evening.
Well situated and a short walk to the town centre.
If looking to spend time in Ayr, don’t go anywhere else.

First class stay in this hotel. From reception to check out, perfect. Hotel is clean with lovely decor, rooms spacious and comfortable, everything you need in your room. Dinner was gorgeous, great menu would recommend the feather blade beef. Lovely breakfast as well. All in a lovely place to go, very central. Will go back and highly recommend if looking for a place to stay in Ayr . Staff also very nice.

Absolute gem of a hotel. My wife and I stayed here on an Itison voucher and I have to say its one of the best hotels we have been in, a superb spacious clean room and lovely friendly staff. The evening meal was superb, my steak however arrived a little rarer than I asked but it was taken away without fuss and replaced with exactly what I asked for. They couldn't apologise enough and actually gave us a complimentary desert which was enough for both of us. We also bought another voucher on the back of our experience which we were unable to use because of illness and when we phoned to cancel they said they would extend it beyond the expiry period to accommodate us. Superb customer service and we would definitely come back. Thank You.

We stayed on Saturday there, firstly we were given such a warm reception. There was 4 of us staying, only one of our rooms were ready so we checked into one and had a drink at the bar. The guy on the bar was lovely and was great at recommending drinks. Our rooms were stunning, we had room number one the executive suite and it was massive and so beautifully decorated, had everything you needed!

We then went out to a couple of bars around ayr and came back for dinner. I had the pate followed by chicken and it was just gorgeous, the waitress was lovely too and so attentive. We all had cocktails with dinner which were reasonably priced and then headed back out to explore the ayr nightlife.

We arrived back (quite late!) but the doorman was great and we were in and out like a light in no time! Myself and my brothers girlfriend unfortunately didn't make the breakfast however the boys did and said breakfast was great too! We were offered a bacon roll when leaving by the lady on reception, which was just so nice to offer.

This hotel went the extra mile for us and we will definetely be back. Can't praise your hotel and staff enough. Thanks so much.
