We stayed here in February and it was wonderful. Great wee place with fantastic walks. The inn across the road was very welcoming with great food - dog was also made to feel very welcome too! Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back xx
We stayed here for 2 nights. The cottage is lovely and so tranquil. Just what we needed in order to recharge our batteries. The cottage has everything you need. The owner was very welcoming but left you to it too. We arrived to homemade brownies, bread and jam just what we needed with a cup of tea after a day at work and the journey. We didnt eat in the pub across the road but did have a few drinks in there both evenings. We drove to a nearby village to have an Indian in Chanti on the second night and it was lovely. 5 miles from Perth and you can explore the city centre. There is a Tesco, M&S and Aldi all within a short drive. There are some lovely walks which you can access from the garden of the Manse and the owner leaves you a really great guide to the walks and all things about the village and cottage. Only tiny thing I would say is we got lost on arrival so pay more attention to the instructions when you get to the green!!
The Coach House was perfectly located. A quiet location, with easy access to Perth and all its attractions. The whole environment was peaceful, with the Pitcairngreen Inn just on the doorstep for food.
We spent two nights here for a relaxing break and were very impressed - the Coach House is a lovely conversion with very comfortable living and sleeping areas, and we made good use of the gardens leading to the path to the River Almond.
We brought our dog, and the enclosed garden and living spaces were really useful.
The nice touches such as homemade bread and cakes on arrival were very much appreciated.
Perth is not too far away and has a big supermarket. The local pub in Pitcairngreen is very friendly and welcoming.
A fantastic relaxing break and we hope to come back soon!
