Dear James S,
Firstly thank you for your very kind 5* review.
Here at Premier Inn Inverness East we pride ourselves on giving our guests the 5* service that they deserve and we are extremely happy to hear you received this!
At the end of the year we are due to go through a refurbishment so if you ever come back up for a visit you will see that we are only getting better and better. If we do ever have the pleasure of your stay again please make yourself known to us so we can thank you in person.

First time we had stayed in Inverness and booked a Premier Inn based solely on budget.
Hotel is only a few minutes from the city centre while being in a quiet location but with excellent access to the A9.
Room was the same as any other Premier Inn really, 'no thrills' and does what it says on the tin. Even so, rooms were clean, modern and quiet and the staff were helpful enough.
We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay here at Inverness East. You are absolutely right our prices are great for somebody looking for a clean room to stay in while they enjoy our beautiful city.
The best thing about Premier Inn is that you always know what to expect, so we hope we lived up to your expectations.
I will pass on your kind comments to my team and we hope to welcome you back in the future.

There are three Premier Inns in Inverness including a central one located on the river Ness. The Premier Inn East is about a five minute drive from the city centre.
One of the good things about budget hotel chains is that you know exactly what you to expect. Sadly then the hotel was let down by niggly little things. A recent cold spell (in August!) had meant they had cranked up the hotel heating. The hotel did not have air conditioning (do any Premier Inns?) so, even with the room heating off and the window open permanently to to small amount they do, there was only a 1.5 degree drop in temperature over the three days of our stay. We took the quilt entirely off the bed for a restless sleep.
The bathroom pipes (room 27) exhibited random clicks and other noises throughout or stay.
In fairness the receptionist did off us a refund as part of their guaranteed good night sleep but we were very British and declined the offer :-).
Bizarrely there was nowhere to unpack our case except of the floor despite a large empty area where you might reasonably expect a case stand.
The breakfast choice was ok if unexceptional and the veggie Quorn sausage and hash browns tasted like they had been on hold in the kitchen for a loooong time.
Oh, and why do most budget hotels still use tasteless ‘plastic’ sliced white bread!?
On the plus side of the hotel, all the staff were smiley and helpful .
The paid for broadband was blisteringly fast and there was plenty of parking.
Tone’s Tip - There is virtually nowhere else nearby that you can walk to so be prepared to drive everywhere.
We are sorry to hear that the room failed to meet your expectations. Inverness can be very temperamental weather wise and can be known to have 4 seasons in one day! It has been getting quite cold at night so we made the decision to turn the heating back on. Our reception is manned 24 hours so please let us know next time if you experience any problems, as my staff would only be too willing to help rectify this!
I’m glad you were offered your money back under our Good Nights Guarantee; it is a great thing to be able to offer our guests this.
I will pass on your kind comments to my reception team they will be glad to know that they were able to help you! Your comments will also be passed on to the Brewers Fayre and we hope to welcome you back here in the future!

A good hotel on the south side of the town in a quiet area.
Helpful staff with a friendly attitude.
Easy access on to the A9 in either direction.
A branch of a well known supermarket only 1/4 mile away- in easy walking distance.
Dear AI R
Thank you for your review. We are in a brilliant location for anyone who does not want to be in the city centre and as you point out, due to the location there is easy access onto the A9, the nearby supermarket and retail park.
Great to see you felt our team were friendly and helpful, everyone will love to see this compliment!
Thank you again and we hope to see you back again in the future

I always stay here when up in Inverness with work, it's pleasant, no frills accommodation. My rooms are always clean, I've never had any issues and the pub next door is actually decent for food. It is quiet enough to get a good nights sleep as well.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a great review. It is so nice to read that you are happy to return time and time again.
I think part of the reason that Inverness East Premier Inn is so quiet is down to the location, not right in the centre of the city but still within an easy commute and accessible to the retail parks.
Our Housekeeping team are proud of their standards so it is fantastic to see a compliment on the cleanliness of the rooms.
It is great to have regular guests as well as new faces so we will look forward to seeing you next time you stay.

This is a typical Premier Inn, although maybe one of the older ones, as such the room was pretty much as you would expect. The check in staff were very pleasant and helpful and the Brewer's Fayre next door offers good value food, although on the Sunday night I stayed it was extremely busy. The hotel was quiet and has been noted elsewhere it is just a short walk to a 24hr Tesco Extra. The downside if you are not travelling by car is that it is about a 30 min walk to town although there is a bus stop nearby. The main problem and this would apply to all hotels in Inverness is that it is so far from the airport and the taxi ride at £20 on a Sunday was not cheap!
Dear Colin V
Thank you for your kind review.
It is great to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found the hotel to be nice and quiet.
I will be sure to pass your comments on to the Brewers Fayre next door regarding the good value food. When you stay with us again, feel free to contact us in advance so we can book you a table in Brewers Fayre to try and avoid the busy times.
I completely agree with your comment, Inverness would benefit from having a hotel at the airport and hopefully this may be something Premier Inn will look into in the future.
Until then, we look forward to seeing you again.
