“Breathtaking views and fresh eggs for breakfast - Brilliant!”
Reviewed 15 June 2012 for a stay in May 2012

If you're looking to get away from it all in a comfortable place with friendly owners then this if for you. Julie was an excellent hostess and had a dozen fresh eggs in the caravan ready for us as requested. We also ended up taking some home they were so yummy! Would recommend pre ordering these just in case hens a slow on laying as you would not want to miss out! We stayed in the 3 bedroomed (one double, one twin and bunk beds) caravan which was most comfortable. Gas fire heated our weekend home nicely as it was quite windy for the time of year. Excellent base to explore the beautiful surrounds and inverness City too. Breath taking scenery - shame so cloudy as the moon looked great but would have been wonderful to star gaze on a clear night as there would have been not a lot of light pollution! Did not get the chance to explore Beauly but drove though and it looked an interesting small town with lots of independent shops. For art lovers there are seemed to be lots of galleries around to visit. Great base and hubby was green with envy that we had ditched him for the weekend. Would definitely like to go back! Thanks for a wonderful break.
