Chosen for location, which was fine apart from road noise. Rather dated but very adequate room. Helpful staff.Breakfast OK but not special.
However, note that the stairs are steep and long, with no lift. About 8 car parking places; we were fortunate in getting one every evening.
We were less fortunate in coinciding with a group keen on slamming doors and talking loudly at 2am. The hotel faces a main road with heavy and audible early morning traffic. Rooms at the back are quieter.
Wi-fi coverage is patchy, but they are happy to let you use the breakfast room, where the signal is strong.
This is a less enthusiastic revue than most others but I hope it is objective.
For Glasgow, good value for money, but would probably choose a quieter location next time.More
