Good Hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Limited Car Parking underneath hotel. Shops, restaurants and bars of Sauchiehall Street just a couple of blocks away.

Same as all other Novotels clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast and evening meal. Excellent value Movie and Internet package - great if you have kids.

It is a fair walk from the train station with baggage especially as it's up hill but only a 15 minute walk away.

The only really annoying issue is that despite staying at Novotels, including this one quite frequently and having a Gold A Club card they don't appear to keep record and I have to fill out the blasted form every time. Why can't they fix this?

Great value for money and I shall stay again when next in Glasgow.

We went to this hotel, and really enjoyed it. It's very central, and as is expected with Novotels, it had a great service. One evening it caught fire, but that was actually showed how well the staff worked. Everything was very organised, and it was a great hotel.

Please accept my apologies for the fire alarm going off - thankfully this was a false alarm and there was not an actual fire.

We stayed for 3 nights on a leisure trip. Although the location is good - only 10 minutes walk from the main shopping centre, and the room was very nice and a good size with a big tv and sofa, we weren't impressed by the restaurant. The breakfast sounded great on the menu, but in fact on all three mornings the buffet needed re-stocking - first morning no fried eggs, scrambled eggs or baguettes. Second morning plenty of fried eggs but very slimy and unappetising and still no scrambled eggs. Third morning similar. And the bacon was very flabby and definitely undercooked on all three days. They did fill it up eventually, but too late for us (and we ate at different times each day). We had dinner in the restaurant one night. It was ok, but not exciting and I would say it was a little overpriced. Having said that the staff were very nice and helpful both on reception, in the restaurant and the guy who cleaned the room.
