    Travelled with 3 friends for a long weekend, apartment couldn't have been in a better location! It was large,beautifully kept and Iris was very helpful. Couldn't recommend this enough.

    “Excellent location”

    I travelled with three of my friends in order to watch the rugby. The accommodation was excellent, the owner met us at the time arranged and was very welcoming. The location was very central and was within easy walking distance of many attractions. Correspondence between the owner and myself was very prompt and informative.

    “Excellent apartment in great location”

    We (family of 5 with 3 grown up teenagers) spent 2 nights at this apartment - plenty of space and in excellent condition. Great location for exploring Edinburgh. I would highly recommend and would definitely use again. Many thanks Iris.

    Stayed here for two nights with a group of friends , apartment was very clean and tidy and was equipped with everything we needed. Excellent value for money and conveniently located in the center of Edinburgh.

    “Excellent apartment, very friendly owners and epic central location”

    We stayed at this apartment as a group of 5 and loved the place. Plenty of space (photos possibly don't do it justice), clean, fully equipped with everything we needed for a few days. Warm and secure, and smack-bang in the middle of town. Nothing to complain about, would expect to pay more for a spot like this!
