This pub offers pretty decent if a little predictable pub food. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. They offer two courses for £10 which seemed quite good value. Decent home made soup and they also offer smaller portions of dishes like macaroni cheese and fish and chips. We didn't try the sweets but those being delivered to other tables looked interesting. The gents toilet was smelly and in need of considerable repair prior to decoration. This really let the hard working staff down and creates a bad impression for customers.
