It's an excellent hotel if you're staying in the vicinity or going onward from flight. I've spent many visits here and always received very courteous welcome and help when needed, if you happen to be here when the following members of staff are present, they will go out of their way to help you of course as patrons our being polite is a given. The senior manager Jen is both professional and helpful with us, so too is Laura and Vicky. Both these girls were most hospitable in service during breakfast and mealtimes. I'm sure other staff too follow the same approach and for anyone from overseas whose first encounter with Scottish hospitality is through this particular premier inn, then Welcome! You've had the positive friendlier side of our nation. Both the rooms and service are of high standard within the parameters of a chain hotel business and while most patrons are just passing through , the reception is warm and friendly making your stay memorable possibly earmarked for a later visit when required.

Room Tip: Most rooms are soundproofed from aircraft noise but any rooms facing North or south would be quieter than east facing

The hotel is a standard Premier Inn on an industrial park with no shuttle to the airport. I paid £11 each way for a taxi to and from the airport which reduced the ‘value’ of the cheaper room.
The staff were all friendly and the food in the restaurant was good.
The lift does not take you all the way to the ground floor though so had to carry my suitcase down some steps which was very annoying.
I could also hear people moving around in the room next door so it is not well sound proofed.

On the way to our walking holiday on Majorca we stayed in the Premier Inn Edinburgh Airport. From the beginning, the check in associte was very efficient to the restaurant staff, everything was was great. I had smoked salmon and an excellent rare steak for dinner and our server, Katherine was excellent (the greeter was equally as good, but I didn’t get her name). For value and quality I couldn’t rate the experience higher.
