“Good value, Good stay.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 June 2012

Stayed three nights in June on the recommendation of other tripadviser reviewers. Booked two twin rooms. A bit noisy from the room up above but otherwise very good value for money. Didn't know about Premier Inns good night sleep promise but it is the structure of the building to blame. Try upstairs for less noise. The co-op do wonderful breakfast items and we got online discount vouchers for 20% off at the Bell Tree restaurant next door. Nice food and so handy after a day out. Could have done with a comfy chair in the room and a word of greeting from the staff on the desk would have been nice. Very good location with the shops and restaurant.

Room Tip: Try upstairs.

enjoyed stay here. Usually stay at Monifieth but was full so I stayed here for the first time. Good location and food and stay were excellent as usual. Would highly recommend.

Room Tip: get one on the opposite side of the main road.

Recently stayed for 2 nights(Friday & Saturday)and found the entire experience flawless. What really makes this hotel stand out from others is the friendly, happy and accommodating staff. We had booked well in advance and hence benefited from a room rate which offered exceptional value for money. The location is A1 for ourselves although I appreciate it could be deemed somewhat peripheral to some.We very much look forward to returning.

Room Tip: We were allocated Room 30 at the end of the corridor which was very quiet with no-one passing by out...

Stayed at the above in April 2012. In nice area with shops directly across from entrance and a Curves gym. Our room had no comfy chair to sit on only a desk chair and a sofa bed. We wre put a connecting room which I was not happy about. I spoke to reception and after persuasion I was moved to another room and given two comfy chairs. Ensure when you book and on arrival that you do not have an adjoining room unless that is what you have asked for or you don't mind. Adjoining rooms are noisey. We could hear everything that was said. It was off putting.
