Quirky little place in a great location. Didn't miss the full English as there was plenty of choice on offer. Distillery tour recommended as you get an engraved glass to take home. Would definately return.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We parked outside at first and we were advised to park further up in a long stay car park which is £1 per hour between 9am and 6pm.

The room reflects the feeling of the seaside which despite being on a main road, it does appear tranquil and makes you feel nearer to the sea. A big bathroom and bed, it was a very comfortable stay.

Breakfast is continental and eggs and toast are also available.

The guest house is a short walk from the town.

Owners are extremely pleasant and it was a delight to stay here. We loved Oban and it was the highlight of our trip so I know we will stay here again!

The room was small, but ok. However it overlooked the main road into Oban so the traffic noise was awful - particularly as the window needed to be left open due to the very warm weather. We had a terrible night's sleep as a result. Breakfast was fine - particularly the scrambled eggs!

There wasn't a thing that these lovely people hadn't thought of- local map, large mugs for cuppas (yay), extensive selection of cereals for brekky (very tasty granola) and such warm friendly advice about the town and its surrounds. Felt like we were staying with our own family, he was so cheery and chatty :)

Guesthouse is conveniently located walking distance to everything. We used free parking behind the cathedral and did not need our car again until leaving. There is ample room to park for a few minutes for loading and unloading luggage before moving car to free parking. The owners were very pleasant with lots of tips for things to see and do. Our room was very comfortable and clean! Breakfast was very nice, while not a typical cooked Scottish breakfast, more than met our needs with a few hot options and cold options! Would definitely stay here again!
