“Perfect location on a sandy beach, Modern and well equipped. Plenty to explore and enjoy on the coast”

The 'Beach house' is a clean and contemporary place to stay. The beach is fantastic sandy and long enough to enjoy walks as the tide ebbs and flows. Surfers, sunsets and sailboats passing by. Great position to explore the coast in Macduff, Banff, Portsoy, Gardenstown . Enjoyed the Aquarium and Duff House. Everyone in the area is so friendly and welcoming. The Fresh fish and restaurants were great - The Seafield Arms, The Galley and Downies market in Whitehills only 1.5 miles away. After a week we came home refreshed with all the sea air, Full after all the fish and Angus steak and with a tidy bottle of Malt whiskey. Will definitely be returning - plenty to enjoy and the perfect accommodation. Stayed with Husband and 14year old son . There is full Central heating and panoramic views of the bay.

“Lovely place to stay, stylish, comfortable and right by the sea”
Reviewed 6 November 2013 for a stay in November 2013

We have just returned from staying 3 nights at this house and can confirm it deserves its 5 stars. It is immacualte, stylish and comfortable, a real home. It was cold outside, stormy and it was lovely to be in a warm house and hear the wind whip around outside. The decor is tasteful, the linen and towels fresh and crisp and there is beautiful places and scenery to explore locally. A great find, recommended. Thank you.
