We had the pleasure of renting Ciarans apartment on the weekend of my birthday with our 2 teenagers. What a lovely spacious apartment it is, exactly as described and more. Just a short distance from the city centre but with all the comforts you could ask for in a holiday rental. The three spacious bedrooms are fantastic and provide the much needed privacy that no hotel can offer at a fraction of the cost. Ciaran is as helpful as any host could be and will do his utmost to make your trip as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. When not there his lovely mum Mary will be there to meet and greet and is as open and friendly as possible whilst leaving you to enjoy this very special find in the heart of belfast. Once again thankyou Ciaran for the lovely gift of champayne on arrival having heard of my celebration and I think in all our travelling experience you alone are the one true professional with the added personal touch. I cannot recommend this place highly enough :))))))

It was great to meet you all upon arrival…delighted you had a great stay in Arc 9.25 and it met your expectations, exceeded them as you say. Glad you enjoyed your several nights in the apartment.
