“Loved it so much I'm already planning a longer stay”

Beds were phenomenal. They're a bit high off the ground compared to most hotels. I don't mind since I'm on the taller side but I guess it could be a problem for less mobile guests. They are super comfortable though. As a boutique hotel, there's no surprise that the room decor is really modern and well done.

We arrived a bit early and they were busy as it was Mothers Day, but they took our bags and offered us a free drink at the restaurant/bar. We headed out for a bit and when we came back the rooms were ready. Our room view wasn't great but we weren't there in the city expecting or needing a view.

The club attached next door was a madhouse for the holiday, but I absolutely loved it. After some touring around the city we spent much of our night on the property enjoying just how crazy the place gets on Mothers Day.

The staff was very friendly and the included breakfast at the restaurant was great. The restaurant has a very warm and charming feel.

I fell in love with Belfast and this accomodation played its role. We were only in town for one night but I'm already planning a week long stay next year and intend to spend the whole week at Benedicts.

Room Tip: We were on the 3rd floor and noise from downstairs was never a problem.

A very pleasant hotel with my only issue, which is in common with other hotels, that the room was too hot at night. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

Benedicts is midway between Queen's University and City Center, and well within walking distance of both. It sits smack-dab in the middle of Belfast's lively night life as well! Lavery's is across the street, and Benedicts own club is on the first floor. Older guests at the hotel may not appreciate the music or crowds, but the bar/club is known far and wide as THE place to party! If you're a guest in the hotel and don't want to be disturbed, do yourself a favor and ask for a room away from the street and elevator (lift). Upstairs from the club, the restaurant is top-notch - with a wide selection of delicious food and an atmosphere to die for! Benedicts is THE place to keep your finger on the pulse of Belfast!

Room Tip: Street-side is party-side... if that's not your cup of tea, ask for a room away from both the st...

I stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend on 9/4/12 in one of the double rooms on the 2nd floor at the back. The receptionist was very helpful with filling us in with all the information when we checked in. The room was very clean to a high standard, nice decor too which i was very impressed by. The bathroom looked beautiful with lovely little tolietries. My bf loved the leather recliner was a right chore to get him off it lol. The room had 2 bottles of water, tea n coffee, biscuits on a tray waiting for us when we arrived which I thought was a nice touch. We went down to dinner in the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel and we wer given complimentary free drink each .. However we wer left waiting an hour for our meal. Other guests around us who had 3 courses and had arrived after us had even got served before us and had left just before we got our meal. After 50 mins of waiting we wer about to leave wen a waiter came over and apologised and told us ther was a mixup with r order in the kitchen. They offered us another free drink each for the inconvience but it didnt make up for the long wait. Also the bedroom heating was overpowering at night we had to sleep wit no covers on it was that hot. Breakfast in the morning which was included in the stay was sooo delicious n scrummy. We had the full irish, i fully recommend it to any1. The service was great , unlike the night before. Over all my stay at benedicts was fantastic and i would stay again, i just will be eating out at dinner time next time:) xx
