Paula in reception was fantastic during our stay (9th , !0th Sept Room 103) - she never stopped, in reception, in the bar, she was brilliant. She even went that extra mile to go and buy me a Birthday Cake bless. I wanted to buy her some flowers but she was not on shift. She is a credit to the Premier Inn in The Titanic Quarter, I tried to email my thanks but could not find the link so please pass on my kindest regards and thanks. You have a hard working star working for you.

This is a standard premier inn, with the usual high levels of room cleanliness and friendly staff. We stayed as part of a group attending a conference within the nearby Titanic museum and there were no complaints from anyone. It is situated a 10min walk away from the museum which was perfect and also was a 30min walk into town. Ideal place to stay if wanting to explore Belfast city. It is also very close to the airport as on our return leg we travelled to the airport and were through security within 30mins.

We came here as this hotel is so convenience to the concert hall
Book your meal early as the long wait for a table in the hotel put us under pressure to eat quickly
If you intend to go to the bar after being out there is a que for the bar which for us was a 20 minute wait

I stayed for two nights with my mother when on a city break to see Neil Diamond. The hotel is close the venue and was selected so we could walk . The hotel is in the Titanic Quarter and we enjoyed exploring the area. Walking into the city centre is easy and the hotel is well served by buses.
We had dinner in the Restaurant one night and the choice and quality of food was excellent. The team are very helpful and super friendly . Given the chance to return to Belfast I would stay here again

We stayed here 2 years ago when Neil Diamond was at the arena and again this time. Very convenient for the arena, Titanic Quarter and only a 10 minute walk to the excellent Victoria Centre for shopping and eating.
