This hotel is very central and a short walk from the City Hall. Breakfast was included and was excellent-fresh,tasty and appropriate for the location. The staff were friendly, especially the wait staff in the dining/breakfast room.

Our room was clean and comfortable. It was taken care of, on a daily basis, by a very capable housemaid.

We would definitely stay here again.

Centrally located with good sized rooms. Stayed in room 414 for business. Had all the things you would expect with a large comfy bed.

The only 2 things I will say put this place down is the parking...there isn’t any and the closest one they recommend is 5 minutes walk.
Breakfast, it’s next door in the bar and costs £10.

Apart from that. I quite liked it and would probably stay here again.

The hotel is very well situated among restaurants and cafes. The rooms are clean and standard like all other hotels in this chain. There is no onsite parking though, and you need to walk 10 mins to the nearby Radisson Blu to access free parking. On-street parking is paid but free on Sundays. The RBG downstairs is really nice and big though, with lots of drinks and late night music. The staff are friendly, although the reception can do with a few more hands as it gets quite busy at times.

Room Tip: I dont think there are any rooms with any good views, but higher ones will give you open space in front.

Here on business.
Positives: great wifi. Bed is comfortable. Good air con. Good location.

Negatives: Very, very noisy. The rooms are not insulated fro the noise outside, so forget a lie in. Building site noise, bin lorries - it's bad.
The food is pretty dire. Breakfast is insipid and greasy. We had a conference lunch and it was awful. Processed cheese sandwiches and packet soup. And carrots in the fruit salad???? And all served in what is essentially a bar.
Conference rooms were unattended and descriptions of what you receive for your Rae are generous, to the lint of being misleading. Unlimited tea consisted of two small jugs of hot water for 24 people....

If you don't plan to spend much time in the hotel, this isn't a bad pace to stay. But it isn't a good business option at all.

Dear RBeattie

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback of your stay with us here at Park Inn by Radisson Belfast. I would like to pass on my most sincere apologies that you felt we did not live up to our high standards and your expectations. Unfortunately, due to our city centre location, we do have traffic and building sights in the immediate area, I hope you can understand that this is something out of our control. In regards to the breakfast and conference experience, I can only apologise. Our feedback on these are normally very positive- I will ensure the issues you have raised are brought to the attention of the teams who were servicing both during your stay with us and will be immediately rectified.

Should you be staying in Belfast again, we would love the opportunity to welcome you back to the hotel to show you how we can do it right.

Best regards
Nicky
