Thank you for your most positive review of Park Inn by Radisson, Belfast.
It is always pleasing to hear of our valued guests' satisfaction and I thank you for taking the time to share you experience with ourselves and prospective guests to the city.
I do hope you have the opportunity to return, as I very much look forward to welcoming you back to Park Inn by Radisson, Belfast in the not too distant future.
Stayed for two nights over St Paddy's day. Arrived early and was met with a very friendly welcome and a room already available. Great result after a 6am flight!
In a perfect location in the heart of the city close to some of Belfast's main attractions.
Good value and one of the best hotel bars you will find. A much better option than some of the more expensive nearby hotels.
I booked a one night stay here for myself and my wife on a trip to the Titanic exhibition, arrived at 10 am and asked if i could leave bags at reception until check-in time at 2p.m.The friendly efficient male receptionist checked me in there and then and said the room was ready and duly handed me the key.Having put our luggage in the room which was just super we decided we would go to the bar for a coffee where a friendly barman served a most delicious Latte.Having seen the Bar and food menu there, we decided we would have our evening meal in the Bar as we watched football. The food was top class as was the service and ambience and drink. After Dinner we visited a local hosteliery and afterwards returned to the hotel for a nightcap and again even though it was late the staff could not have been more helpful and efficent.Next day we had a five hour wait after check out for a train again the reception staff checked the times of trains for us and happily looked after our bags until it was time to leave which we did with heavy hearts. I could not say a bad word about the Park Inn and I can't wait to go back again.Thank you staff for a most pleasent stay which unfortunately was all too short, would love to have stayed longer.Would recommend the Park Inn to anybody business or leisure traveller.
Located in a small street with no pulse but very close to main city centre attractions. Donegall Sq. (main sq) is 3 blocks away and main shopping streets (those bounded by Donegall Sq, Chichester St, Victoria St and Hight St) are easy walking distance. Good location!
We booked a standard room and it was quite big with a double bed, a working table and a chair and one armchair. Wifi at a cost (for the first time during a 10-night road trip around Ireland). The room is well equipped but the decor is ugly with too bright colours; if the rooms were decorated in warm colours this hotel would belong to a more expensive Radisson chain!!!
All rooms are exterior but none have a good view; don’t care which room you are checked in.
The hotel has no proper car parking facilities but you can either use a multi story car park 400 metres away at a “reduced rate” or park on the street at a cost (free from 6pm until 8am).
Unfortunately, as happened to other guests (and despite we were warned after reading tripadvisor), there was a misunderstanding at reception and we paid more than expected at the car park: the man at reception said that on weekends there was a 24hr car park fee for only 5 EUR (and no need to validate the card at reception). When we got the car out of the car park we had to pay double!!! It is not the money, it is about the game. There are many reviews on this hotel topic: how can they be so ambiguous and not give clear instructions? Are they doing that on purpose?!!!
Deane’s Deli, 50 metres away, is the best option to have lunch/ dinner around the hotel (and in fact is one of the best bistros across Belfast); owned by michelin star restaurateur Michael Deane, it has a nice cosy atmosphere and offers highest quality food.
Good value for money and location. Even though the parking might be a nuisance we would definitely stay again.
We visited Belfast at Easter for the first time and what a great time we had! So much so we are visiting again in May and staying at the Park Inn by Radisson again as the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was cleaned everyday. The receptionist was very friendly and informative. The main bus station is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel which is very convenient for getting to and from the airport. There is a wetherspoons pub just around the corner which is also rather convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family, we really enjoyed our stay!
A nice clean hotel in the center of Belfast close to shops and restaurants. Very nice and helpful staff on Reception.
