“Great location - typical Premier Inn”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 April 2012

We booked this hotel as we were visiting the new Titanic Experience in Belfast, which by the way is fabulous! The location of this hotel is great for access to all the major shops and also some interesting pubs full of atmosphere in the Cathedral Quarter. Taxi only £6.70 to the Airport or £2 on the shuttle bus every 20 minutes from the airport.

Firstly the staff are excellent and very helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The room was as you see in the brochure, loads of purple and functional. We only had a couple of issues and that is that the basin was in the bedroom not in the shower/toilet room. The bed was VERY firm. And there were no drawers only shelves in the room so nowhere to 'hide' away stuff.

All in all location and the staff made this hotel and would stop here again if that was my remit..

Breakfast was fine though this was a really busy weekend, Easter with the Titanic stuff, National Irish Dancing Championships and JLS at the Arena, the hotel was very busy and breakfast had to be waited for on a couple of days. But the staff again were brilliant in organising and making sure everyone went in at allocated time. Food was plentiful and well cooked. Could do with being slightly warmer but only a petty comment.

Room Tip: Noise from the street can be an issue as loads of brilliant pubs about.

Stayed here earlier this month and the facilities are first class. This is a great City centre location, great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and a good bar in the hotel. Staff very very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are spotlessly clean and quiet. Breakfasts very good and plentiful.
A cheap taxi ride from the city airport and a journey of no more than 10 minutes at peak times. Great location for the Titanic exhibition, a walk of about 20 minutes through the old docks, pleasant walkways and easy to get to. Will certainly stay here again.

fab hotel, quick and easy check in. Be aware if paying cash rather than cloned credit card you experience problems.

Quick check in, friendly staff, beautiful room. However, due to location there was a lot of noise from outside. The staff kindly moved us to another room at 2am. As premier guarentee a perfect nights sleep or a refund, they kept to their promise and payment was refunded. This has not detered me , if I stay at that location again I'll request top floor, back of the building. I have stayed in several Premier Inns and would certainly recommend them.
