We went to Fall Bay (also known as Mewslade Bay) on a Friday around lunch time with our dog. We parked in a farmers field that had an honesty box for parking. Put in 2 or 3 quid I think for payment. Walked along the trail down to the beach, only took around 10 minutes. You have to time your visit according to the tide so you can get onto the beach. It was so beautiful as we scrambled down the rocks to get to the beach. The day was perfect and we had the place to ourselves! Definitely looking forward to getting back there for sure. Looks like local farmer sells ice cream, eggs, and local produce in the summer as well. Good area for climbers and surfers.
