“Jewel in Wales”
Reviewed 26 September 2015 for a stay in June 2015

This farm cottage has been lovingly restored and appointed. It is quiet and peaceful, with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Kitchen is extremely well equipped and spacious. Bathrooms are a good size with wonderfully hot water!. The design and décor of the cottage are first-rate, and we enjoyed every minute of our three day visit. The owner is a very gracious hostess and able to provide much information about the surrounding area.

“Fantastic cottage and setting - everything you need”
Reviewed 14 July 2015 for a stay in July 2015

We would highly recommend this cottage. It is cosy, spotless and in a peaceful setting with stunning views. We received a warm welcome and some yummy homemade Welsh cakes. The owner really has thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable.

In the village nearby there is a large tesco supermarket which we found really handy.
We stayed for a long weekend and found this the perfect place to explore the waterfall country. The only down side was that our stay was not long enough! Shall definitely return and stay longer.

“Fabulous cottage + friendly welcome - highly recommended!!!”
Reviewed 7 July 2015 for a stay in July 2015

The location of this cottage is perfect for a stay in Southern Wales as it's close to the Brecon Beacons and also the coast. The hilltop location made you feel as if you were in the middle of the countryside, but there are two pubs within a 10 minute walk plus supermarkets a very short drive away. It was cosy, beautifully furnished, very comfortable, and immaculately clean. The views out onto the garden were lovely and Mali was very helpful - she sent information prior to arrival so that I could find it easily and she even left us home cooked Welsh cakes! This was our favourite place we stayed on our month long tour around the UK and Ireland.

Friendly host, Great location, house is perfectly equipped and very tidy! A cosy place that is a great fallout base to go hiking in the Brecon beacons.

“Perfect long weekend break”
Reviewed 23 March 2015 for a stay in March 2015

The cottage could not have been better and the welcome from Mali, the owner, was second to none. A very comfortable, beautifully decorated and fitted property in a lovely location, really convenient for exploring the Brecon Beacons and surrounding area. It is the extra touches that make all the difference and Mali has not stinted on anything. Very highly recommended.
