Away for a couple of days in the Gower with our dog Jack, we could not have found a better and more comfortable place to stay. The cooked breakfast was quite simply the best with local bacon, sausage and black pudding. The room was well fitted out and the bed comfortable with crisp linen sheets. We will be back and so as a recommendation it does not come better than that!

The warmest welcome and the kindest hosts. Cen and Ali work so hard to provide a beautifully clean and relaxed atmosphere and provide a bountiful breakfast with quality ingredients. We absolutely love it here as did the other couples we chatted to at breakfast. Extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated. The most Amazing freshly cooked Welsh cakes and tea greet you when you come in from exploring the superb surroundings of Gower, Mumbles and Swansea.

The only criticism is that whilst I love animals, there was a panting dog in the breakfast room this morning and apart from being allergic to them and having to take anti histamines,
It can put you off your food. I would prefer it to be pet free.

Thank you for a great stay on the whole.

Another wonderful review. Thank you for being so honest. As a result of your comment about the dogs in the breakfast room, we have decided that this will no longer be available to guests - so thank you for making us aware, We are always open to suggestions on ways that we can improve.
Thank you for a great review.

What a fantastic welcome from our hosts after a long car journey in Friday traffic. Advice on local restaurants to make sure we were fully restored and then the most comfortable bed to sink into. The home cooked breakfasts were delicious and the Eggs Benedict cooked to perfection. The room was extremely comfortable and spotless. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

This has to be the best possible place to stay in the Mumbles! Why stay anywhere else when here you get the warmest of welcomes from hosts Cen & Ali who go out of their way to ensure you feel at home. Not to mention freshly made Welsh Cakes, a beautifully appointed room with many thoughtful touches, a quiet & comfy nights sleep, waking to the sun rising over the sea (ok, I missed this due to a blissful lie-in but it would’ve been a fab view from our attic room!) a tasty cooked to order breakfast with homemade bread and/or pancakes (and the most delicious Welsh bacon) and all within a short stroll to shops, restaurants and even a castle! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else and can’t wait to return for my third visit.

Room Tip: Attic room has incredible panoramic sea views plus a cosy lounge area for sharing a bottle of wine (beware sloping ceiling afterwards!) ;)
