“Fabulous property with amazing views”
Reviewed 5 July 2015 for a stay in June 2015

We have just come back from staying at No 8 The Sidings and have to say we had a fab time there. Everything was absolutely perfect in the house and we wanted for nothing as it was beautifully kitted out. The views of Red Wharf Bay are amazing and there are lots of good walks really close by. There is also a good pub just 2 minutes walk away. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Out of 5 ⛵️

“So good, we've booked again already!”
Reviewed 25 June 2015 for a stay in May 2015

Had the most fabulous visit to No 8 The Sidings over the May Bank Holiday, to the extent of having already booked our return visit for a full week in the summer!

We arrived late on the Friday night, having never visited the island before and not really knowing what to expect. We'd worked all day and the kids were tired and we wanted to be able to walk in, throw them in bed and collapse with a glass of wine and we were able to do exactly that. Everything was thought of - impeccably clean, beds made up ready for our arrival (with the most gorgeous bedding) and we could park directly outside the door. (Incidentally, the large corner sofa easily accommodates two sleeping toddlers!) That moment of panic when you wonder if they have a corkscrew was unfounded as the owners have thought of everything - even bag clips for the half eaten bag of crisps you can save for your picnic!

The next day we woke and were taken aback by the stunning view out across Red Wharf Bay, such a treat and left us all excited to go and explore the island. The owners had left some great literature about places to visit and had been really helpful before our trip in suggesting the best places to go with our children - so much choice, hence why we needed to rebook, as we ran out of time to visit them all! One place we did visit a few times though was the pub around the corner...great little play park for the children and free wifi if you need to make use of it!

We had the most relaxing of stays, No 8 is so lovingly decorated with beautiful finishing touches which really added to our enjoyment of the trip, our girls especially loved the seaside theme! We are all very much looking forward to our return and would not hesitate to recommend a stay here - from initial enquiry to the end of our stay, everything was spot on. Many thanks to Elizabeth for your help in organising the most perfect trip.

“Spectacular!”

Had a mini holiday here and our breath was taken away: firstly by the house itself and secondly the view! The decor in the house is lovely and makes you feel instantly at home. We were particularly enamoured with the cushions! Everything is pristine and the owners have thought of every possible thing you could need in the kitchen. The ensuite bathrooms and bathroom downstairs ensure privacy and the room we stayed in (overlooking Red Wharf Bay) was incredibly comfortable. The whole house immediately relaxes you.

We are definitely going to come back for a longer stay and to continue to explore this wonderful island. This comes with our highest recommendation: book now!

Thank you!
Tariq and Jenny
