“You want a great location and a great innkeeper? Stay here”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 October 2011

This is a great place, great location right on the town wall. The gardens are beautiful. We had a first floor room that was a joy after many nights of narrow stairs to the attic. Clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet. The innkeeper provided all you could desire. High quality bathroom stuff. Totally amazing breakfast. This was my and our favorite stay.

What a lovely guest house, comfortable, relaxed and every need considered. It's position is great for exploring the town as it's right beside the wall. Alison has thought of everything, there's a coffee machine with ground coffee as well as tea etc. There's hand cream and other toiletries as well as the usual soap. The bed was super comfy. At breakfast there were home made welsh cakes and bread in addition to fresh fruit, yoghurt and the usual cereal and cooked breakfast. Alison did her utmost to make our stay enjoyable. There's even a beautiful garden to enjoy. We loved our stay.

This was our favorite stay during our 16 day tour of England, Wales, and Scotland. The B&B itself is beautifully decorated and immaculately kept. The garden, with the ancient city wall serving as its back border, was spectacular. Bryn Guest House is located just outside one of the main gates to the town so it is a quick walk to get to any point of interest in Conwy. The castle is fascinating and being able to walk the city walls was fun. Our hostess Alison was extremely personable and makes her guests feel most welcome. She provided a great deal of intersesting and useful information. She is also a fabulous cook, providing home baked welsh cakes, bread, and an afternoon treat. The breakfast was the best! Our stay was just lovely...hard to top!

Wonderful Stay! Warm hospitality! Comfortable and cozy rooms! Great location to explore North Wales. Great breakfast and advice from Alison. She gave us some good pointers on climbing to the summit of Snowden which was amazing! Only a 1/2 drive from the B&B. Beautiful yard and garden!

Great location just outside the wall, in fact our bedroom on the 2nd floor looked directly at the wall and the Castle, so very convenient to walk to town for meals. In fact we almost never touched our car in 3 days. Alison was a great host and made the best Welsh cakes which she made fresh each morning so needless to say breakfast was great. The property is a gardener"s paradise. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Alison was very informative as to what to see and not to see and when to see it which saved us time and expense. Great stay, highly recommend.
