“High quailty peace and quiet”
Reviewed 13 June 2016 for a stay in June 2016

we returned for our third visit and again were not let down. The location is lovely with rolling welsh hills and local woods. The cottage is up a private drive so you dont hear the road. The fixtures and fiting excellent with full proper cuterly knives and forks etc.
This really is a beatuiful little hpluday cottage

Will be back

THANK YOU once again for kindly taking the trouble to review the cottage. Always a pleasure to have you both to stay - my favourite visitors - and hopefully when you next visit the gardens will be even lovelier, that is if the 'rabbits' leave the plants alone!

“Ideal weekend away”
Reviewed 3 June 2016 for a stay in May 2016

Marilyn met us at the cottage with a warm smile and a few bits of shopping which she had purchased for us. There were four us staying in the cottage and it was more than adequate for our needs. We ate all of our meals outside on the beautiful patio which overlooked the glorious Welsh countryside. The beds were extremely comfy and the cottage had been decorated and maintained to a very high standard. I cannot recommend this place, or Marilyn's hospitality enough. Thank you for our lovely break!

THANK YOU for your lovely review and for being such charming and perfect visitors. So delighted to see you all strolling up to the meadow gate - I love the views from there and it's my destress place! Very happy indeed you enjoyed your stay and satisfying to know young people appreciate the simple pleasures this place offers - beautiful scenery, open spaces and a place to relax.

“The welcome is as warm as the cottage!”
Reviewed 12 March 2016 for a stay in March 2016

This is a delightful cottage; set in the open countryside but with ease of access to the town.
We have stayed in many holiday cottages over the years and this is truly one of the best.

“A great place to stay”

Stayed at Doleos house for B&B whilst attending a wedding at Nanteos Mansion. Could not expect better welcome and service. Marilyn went above and beyond what you would expect from a bed and breakfast waiting up till very late for our arrival. Room was beautiful, clean extremely comfortable and very quiet. Bathroom was brand new and shower great. Everything you need in the room was there and breakfast was delicious. Ivor even very kindly gave us a lift to the wedding reception. We didn't do much except go to the wedding but the area and view from the fields were beautiful and it would have been nice to have stayed longer and explored the area. Diolch .

THANK YOU so much for your very kind review. It was an immense pleasure to meet you both and I'm delighted you enjoyed your visit, though short. Hopefully you will return for a longer stay in the near future so you can experience the many fantastic amenities in the area and the stunning mountains, valleys and coast. There is so much to enjoy.
