This flat has a very well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. It is nicely decorated and has a spacious lounge area for relaxing. The owners were very pleasant and helpful.
The flat is centrally located and within a 10 to 15 minute walk you can reach any of the shops, the cathedral and the river. There is a reasonably priced 24 hour car park within a 5 minute walk away. There is a cinema opposite the building, a railway station and a couple of convenience supermarkets close by. It shares a building with a Wetherspoons pub. So whilst the location is convenient, there was a lot of street noise into the early hours of the morning. People walking past in large groups, arguing etc. We were then woken at 5 a.m. by the street cleaner. However, once we invested in some earplugs we slept well. The owners are aware of the noise problem, which seems to be exacerbated by a lack of sound proofing from the windows in the building, and are looking into ways to improve the sound proofing.
