We stayed in The Castle Hotel Wizard themed room which was lovely and the kids had a lovely gift after they solved a puzzle to open the safe. The real disappointment was the Ultimate Reserve and Ride which I would not advise anyone to purchase as it does and cannot offer what they advertise it to offer. You will be in the same queue as the Ride Access Pass holders and all the other lower priced reserve and ride tickets which means that you will get on sooner than the main queue but not as fast as promised for the Ultimate. Save your money as kids only got 5 rides in a whole day which makes each ride over £20 extra.

Visited Sunday 15/9. Absolutely packed with very poor ride availability. The pirate park was also closed. Food and drink are a rip off. You may as well ignore the predicted queue times. They sell so many reserve a ride passes that you wait loads longer than they predict. We have a Merlin pass and are considering getting rid. Thorpe Park is good but the rest are all going seriously down hill. Rip-off food, poor ride maintenance and overselling of fast tracks. Paultons Park beats Legoland hands down. Better rides, no fast track and they limit the amount of guests in the park.

Honestly, I was really disappointed, and by lunchtime, my grandson, an avid lego fab, was asking to go home!
Here is a list of the disappointments:
Deep sea adventure shut.
Printer broke on driver license.
Lost money on remote lorry AND boat
No wheels in the build and race!
Lava dragon play slide shut!
Rescue centre closed.
Shop to buy lego doesn’t take cash, went to other lego shop, they didn’t have the keyring my grandson wanted & didn’t care!
No pirate show in the morning or lunch time.

Its old and out of date.

Needless to say we will not go back..

It is disappointing to hear your comments about the show cancellation. The Entertainment team work extremely hard to provide exciting shows/meet & greets throughout the Resort. We are so sorry you did not get to enjoy the Pirate Show due to it being cancelled.

Don’t waste your time and money at Legoland. It’s a complete rip off, a shining example of corporate greed. You’ll wait 99% of your time to get on the rides as the park is massively over crowded, that’s if they’re even open. £8.75 for a basic hot dog, £8 to park, your entry ticket is mostly worthless. If you want to go on rides you’ll need to spend a fortune to queue jump. It’s run down, dirty and massively over crowded. You’ll have more fun at your local funfair when it’s in town than at Legoland.

Overall, it’s a shame as Lego is a wonderful product and whoever at Lego HQ is responsible for Legoland should hang their head in shame.

Please don’t waste your money at Legoland everyone, go to somewhere like Wicksteed park in Kettering, you’ll have a better time for a fraction of the cost and if you really want some Lego there’s an Argos down the road.

Rude and disinterested staff.
Tired park which is in desperate need of a good clean.
Very few dairy free options around the park (£21 for all you can eat buffet with only two dairy free options) rip off.
Rides would just stop working and be closed mid queue, with no explanation why. Attractions shut all day (including the big ones for some of the day).
Car park was an absolute nightmare. Additional £8 to park (on top of expensive entry). No car park attendants to guide people out. We were stuck in the car park for over an hour!
Queues, queues, queues, which I expect. But to then have “reserve and ride” guests who are just let on when you have been queuing forever. An additional up to £14 pp per ride for this option, so you have to be rich to visit this place.
Customer service do not reply to feedback.
Will not be back.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the aesthetic of the Resort. The team regularly review these aspects of the Resort to ensure our guests can enjoy the Park to its full capability. We value this feedback and have passed it on to the relevant departments.

As we are predominantly an outdoor attraction, our models and themed areas are subject to general wear and tear from all weather conditions. Throughout the winter period we invest a considerable amount of both time and money on existing infrastructure and general upkeep. Although these changes cannot be made instantly, we are confident that the Resort will get bigger and better over the years.
