Visitors with allergies eating in Bricks at the Legoland resort be careful! We ate breakfast there on Saturday and found their allergy awareness really poor.
- Their allergy guide is full of mistakes. For example, according to their allergy guide their jug of cow's milk contains no dairy. (see picture)
- The allergy guide says the sausages contain soya. The manager then came over and said actually they don't have soya in but they do have milk in. I already lost trust in them so requesting to see the label on the packaging, they actually contain no milk and no soya. So both the verbal and written infromation on allergens is incorrect.
- According to the manager, they only update the allergen guide once a month. They've changed supplier since they last updated it and that's why the guide is wrong. Having out of date information is actually illegal but when I pointed this out the manager couldn't have cared less.
If you are eating here, I would request to see the packaging on the breakfast yourself because the written and verbal information is not correct or up to date. Allergy guides should be checked and double checked regularly but thr staff don't care. This could have been a fatal incident for my son.
