We stayed on night came for a wedding at Hedsor House nearby. Greeted by two very friendly Irish men father and son which was lovely as my family are Irish too. Our room reminded me of being in my Nanna's house in the 60's apart from the en-suite bathroom which was modern. The bed was clean and comfortable which is very important so the fact that the room was old fashioned not that important for one night only. My husband went down for breakfast served early 7am -9am I opted for extea sleep!! He said the full English was good the lady serving sent him back with fruit and yogurt for me a lovely gesture. I would say this hotel is good just needs a little T.LC.

Do your own research first!
It is not as shown . Don’t be fooled by photographs and reviews
Door locked and scruffy. You have to ring bell???in a normal hotel ???? ring bell? Door locked ??
Three old vehicles in car park and apart from those empty. We have reported this hotel to Trades Description . We did not stay.
Had to put one star to post this but would have put none otherwise. It’s up to you.....we were shocked.

Lovely hotel with exceptionally friendly staff.
Breakfast was superb.
Stayed for 2 nights.
Room was large with lovely big sash windows so this made the room quite airy.
Had a lovely pool, but unfortunately we didn't use it.
Would definitely stay here again if I was up this way.

We stayed for 2 nights. We wanted to be close to Windsor and the hotel was in an ideal location for us. The owners were extremely nice and made us feel very welcome. The room (room 1) had everything we needed but could have done with redecorating. But this is being very picky given the price we paid. The breakfast was superb and the hotel even had an outdoor pool, which we did not use but were very tempted to do so as it was extremely hot whilst we were there. Our main criticism was that the hotel was not air conditioned ( We know this is expensive) but when we asked for a fan for our room ( which was like a sauna) we were informed they were not available. And what do you expect. This is England??? Having one available would have made a massive difference but we do understand that the July we are having is unusual in this country. We would visit again ( if it is as hot as it was in July, we would take our own fan). Overall a nice place to stay and the owners were very welcoming.

Stayed here on a business visit and had a single room. Very friendly reception and clear guidance on facilities etc.
Room was perfectly fine with a touch of elegance. Usual facilities and immaculately clean. Breakfast was served in a sunny room with pretyy views. Great coffee and breakfast of good quality.
Good fair priced quiet hotel. Would certainly come back
