Stayed at a few hotels in my time and this 1 I would highly recommend. Staff very down to earth, friendly and helpful and good sense of humour. Rooms great, modern with everything you need.
Resteraunt for evening meals, excellent value for money, a credit to the chef and staff as food was delicious.
Pool superb.
Will be going back again, thanks to all who work there!

I was pleasantly surprised with my first stay t this hotel. The lobby is very nice, comfortable couches next to a gorgeous fireplace. Friendly check in. Rooms are spotless and modern, the beds are comfortable, but my only complaint would be the pillows! If your going to have a nice hotel, make sure the pillows don't come from the local $ store.
There is a pub and a restaurant inside the hotel, but one can order the pub grub to eat either on the couches or in another very nice area with comfortable armchairs. The food is so so.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant, and was of very good quality, ith many hot dishes, and good service.

There is a great workout room and a huge pool, so what else can one ask for at a hotel with very reasonable prices. Not in the city, but easy to get to anywhere.

One night stay for a meeting, modern hotel just outside Leeds next to M62. Light modern room good facilities, good staff.
Nice pub/ restaurant on site.
It's a bit out of town with nothing around it so fine for business stopover or event, but if it was not for it's facilities that's it.

Room Tip: Eat in pub menue good value for money

Arrived about 8 o'clock in the evening, knackered after a day of travelling and working. The entrance is not immediately obvious as this place is in a complex with coffee bars and other stuff around it. Went into reception, where I was told by a guy (who obviously was not the receptionist) "Get yourself a drink mate and take a seat, the receptionist's not here...") I didn't want want a drink, I wanted a hot shower and an early night, so that put me in a bad mood straight away. Sat around for about 15 minutes watching a load of posers wandering around in tracksuits (I assume there's some sort of gym here), then the receptionist deemed to turn up and I checked in, in a monosyllabic sort of way. "Would you like..." "NO!. "Would you like..." " NO!" Having no-one on reception that can check people in is pathetic-does this place have a manager? What were they thinking of?. There's an easy way to make staff arrive on time when there's a recession on-start talking about P45's.

Room was alright, food was was OK, the staff were pants.

Room Tip: If there's a receptionist around, any room is a bonus

Despite the rather boring looking exterior this was a lovely night away for my best friend and I. We spent an hour or so by the pool and in the jacuzzi, the pool and gym facilities here are really good. Then we ate dinner in the Grill/pub which was really fnice and very filling! Rooms were on the small side but very nicely decorated, bathroom was fab. Loved the monsoon shower! We stayed in room 101, the only downside to the stay was a strange noise during the night that kept us both awake, it sounded like water going through the pipes. Other than that, no problems.
