This cottage was absolutely perfect for our needs for a one week stay in Haworth visit. I was there to work in the archives at the Bronte parsonage museum and it was literally a two minute walk away, while also having extremely easy access to shops, cafes and nearby walks on the moors. The cottage is warm and comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped.The building is very characterful, with beautiful beams and a bit of lovely exposed brickwork in the bedroom. Glenda was extremely helpful, giving us a very generous welcome package which made our first breakfast easy. We also had a complicated situation involving a late arrival time and she went well out of her way to accommodate us.
The only potential concern I might have is that the highstreet location, while great, does mean that lots of people are walking past the windows- it didn't bother me personally, just something to bear in mind.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Haworth, it would be well suited for couple or a family. I would definitely visit this property again!
Great homely venue for families. Host was great leaving us with a personalised welcome pack and showing the kids where the board games etc were before she left.
We love Haworth and the friendly locals. Glass of wine in the street at night, usually gets a chat with someone if you want it. Plenty of room and bang in the middle of the Haworth high street fun. Absolutely will return!
Just returned from a wonderful stay at No 66. Would highly recommend a stay at this ‘gem’ of a cottage in the heart of Haworth. A real ‘home from home.’ We are a family of four and found that the cottage had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxed. The cottage is situated on the main cobbled street in Haworth with its individual and interesting shops and inviting cafes and restaurants. On the doorstep of the Bronte Parsonage and with fantastic views across West Yorkshire, we felt so lucky to have found this property and will definitely return!
We had a lovely stay in this cosy cottage. Every effort was made to see that we were warm and comfortable. The groceries on arrival were very welcome. Best of all, everything is right on the doorstep so It was easy to dine in, eat out or browse the shops just as we pleased.
Beautiful cottage in the heart of Howarth. Glenda the owner gives a lovely personal touch and a warm welcome. We’ve stayed here twice and would highly recommend to anyone. Beautifully furnished, cosy and comfortable. You also get a welcome pack, and other luxury extras! Thank you Glenda, we will be back again soon! X
