The title is not hyperbolic. I'm from Bradford, lived here for 24 years and I've been around the UK. Bradford is known for its fantastic food, at least if you live here. You'll know no other city really compares consistently.

Competition is rife and you have to be good to be noticed. Howdy's is the cream of the crop. I had a chicken and beef steak sizzler. The name escapes me but I've included photos. The steak was unbelievably tender, juicy and packed with flavour. The portions were generous.

The Howdy Special drink is also glorious. I ordered 2. Amazingly sweet and satisfying. I had to write the review for this in the car because I didn't want to waste time getting it on.

My only criticism is that no card is accepted.

2nd time of visiting, first time was slightly underwhelming and didn't live long in the memory however I really enjoyed this time. Went with a few friends, ordered a chicken sizzler steak with mash, veg, chips & pasta. Waiter (Wasim) was really good, looked after us & recommended the howdys special mocktail which was beaut. Looking forward to going again soon!

I walk in and see one of my favourite people working here. This gentleman knows exactly how to recommend and make a customer feel valuable. Genuinely legendary individual! Came back for a second visit because of BASSAM!

I visited howdys, which has a very unique setting and excellent customer service. On top of that food was amazing and had an incredible texture and setting. I highly recommend the howdy special mocktail as I had really enjoyed this.

Good food and service. Nothing extraordinary or unique. Restaurant layout is nice with a good theme throughout.
