This gallery comprises a beautiful old merchant's house, that has had a modern extension added. Access to the old house is by lift, and although I am disabled and use a scooter, I have always found it very easy to get around the building. They have a permanent exhibition, and frequent first-rate special exhibitions. There is an excellent restaurant on site, which has a charming large courtyard for al fresco dining, and a superb bookshop.
