Staff at Front Desk - very courteous. Staff at Housekeeping - Exceptional. The temple of my eye glass broke one night. Next day morning I had an important client meeting. I called Housekeeping around 10 pm and requested Superglue. They sourced it from Engineering within minutes.
I would have given a very poor review for their ARIA restaurant where I had breakfast for three days if not for Dong. He was the only one wearing a SMILE. On November 16th I went to have breakfast around 10.00 am. (The breakfast closes at 10.30 am). There were hardly 10 guests at that time. I waited almost 10 minutes to get the attention of someone to order tea and eggs. That was not acceptable. Eventually I got the attention of Dong who served me well with a genuine smile. Smile is an important attire for people in the hospitality industry. I hope management pays attention to this. Breakfast menu is pretty much the same every day.
Location is good. Plenty of restaurants near by.. "Mail Box" complex has a lot of places to dine and shop. A lot of construction surrounding the hotel. More restaurants by Birmingham Canal Old Line. More
