Canal side pub with excellent real ale and good selection of meals. Our group had fish and chips and roast beef dinners. Food was excellent. Waitress was friendly and efficient. The selection of real ales is impressive. With local breweries including Hook Norton and Church End. There is also a good selection of other drinks including Prosecco in small bottles. Hidden away in Warwick's back streets it is worth seeking out.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean tasty food with simple flavours. Well looked after ale with a good selection. 6 ales if I remember correctly. On the canal, with quirky feel. Will definitely go back.

We can only apologise for your experience tonight. As you can see from our other reviews this isn't a normal occourance. We had a new young chef working who made a mistake. At the time we apologised and of course didn't charge you for your meal. We are happy to give you a voucher to come back again & restore your confidence.
