My partner and I were looking for a relaxing place to stay and were delighted when our booking was confirmed with Marina at the Bell Tower Cottage. The cottage and beautiful surrounds exceeded all of our expectations, Marina was a lovely host and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a break from city life. We will hopefully be returning in the New Year, thank you!!

“Gorgeous place to stay”

The cottage has everything you could possibly want - even champagne flutes!! Marina had even put tea, coffee and a pint of milk in the fridge so you can have a brew as soon as you arrive. There were lots of these thoughtful touches, the spec of the cottage is very high, and the kitchen is so well kitted out.
It's only a 5 minute drive into stratford so perfect for a bit of countryside peace and quiet, whilst being handy for any shakespeare related activities.

“Perfect hideaway for theatre goers”

Peaceful, spotless and very tasteful self catering cottage, lovely spot five mins drive and half an hour's row from the theatrical center of Stratford. Better equipped than my own kitchen, rainforest shower and the best of beds. Views over fields and a beautiful garden with the river at the bottom - we spent an idylic few hours reading by the river, watching swans drifting on the current and dragonflies spinning in the reeds. Can't wait to go back for more R and R and Shakespeare. Ps great video collection too! Make sure you bring supplies, the shops are a drive away - we forgot to bring breakfast and were forced to eat plum crumble in the morning ;)
